Emergency Mobile Puncture Repair
A puncture can leave your vehicle unsafe to drive and unable to reach a conventional tyre garage. Our emergency service brings the inspection and fitting equipment to your location.
The fitter examines the damaged tyre and determines whether repair is safe. A repair cannot be promised before the tyre has been removed from the wheel and inspected internally.
If the puncture satisfies repair requirements, it can be repaired at your location. If the tyre has structural, sidewall or excessive damage, an appropriate replacement will be required.
Emergency Flat Tyre Repair
A completely flat tyre may still be repairable, but only when the original puncture is suitable and the tyre has not suffered secondary damage.
Driving while flat causes the sidewalls to bend and compress between the road and wheel. This can damage the internal structure even when the outside of the tyre looks acceptable.
If the vehicle cannot be reached or worked on safely, it may need to be moved before mobile tyre assistance can begin.
Emergency Repair for a Nail or Screw
Finding a nail or screw in the tread does not automatically mean the tyre must be replaced.
If the object is within the central tread area, the hole is within repair limits and the tyre remains structurally sound, a professional repair may be possible.
Leaving the object in place may slow the loss of pressure until the tyre can be inspected.
How an Emergency Puncture Is Repaired

A safe puncture repair involves more than sealing the visible hole from the outside.
If the tyre fails the inspection, the fitter will explain why it cannot be repaired and what replacement options are available.
Emergency Tyre Replacement After a Puncture
A replacement tyre may be required when the puncture affects an unsafe area or the tyre has suffered additional damage.
Depending on the required size and local stock, budget, mid-range and premium options may be available.
The replacement must meet your vehicle’s size, load-rating and speed-rating requirements. The tyre is fitted to your existing wheel and balanced at your location.
Any replacement tyre and revised price will be explained before the work proceeds.
Emergency Puncture Help Without a Spare Tyre
Many newer vehicles do not include a conventional spare wheel.
Others have temporary repair kits that may be expired, missing or unsuitable for the damage.
You can still request mobile tyre assistance.
Have your complete tyre size ready when calling. It looks similar to 205/55 R16 91V and is printed on the sidewall.
Emergency Roadside Puncture Repair
A mobile fitter may attend a roadside puncture when the vehicle is in a safe, legal and accessible position.
We cannot inspect, repair or replace a tyre in a live traffic lane, dangerous hard shoulder or another location exposed to moving vehicles.
If you are in immediate danger or stranded in an unsafe motorway position, contact the appropriate emergency or highway service first.
Tyre assistance may be arranged once the vehicle has been moved to a safe location.
What to Do After a Motorway Puncture

Do not attempt to inspect or change the tyre while exposed to live motorway traffic.
A mobile tyre fitter cannot work in an unsafe motorway position.
Once your vehicle has been moved to a service area, car park or recovery location, call us with the new location.
Emergency Puncture Repair at Home
A puncture is often discovered just before an important journey.
You may find a completely flat tyre, notice a dashboard pressure warning or hear air escaping from the tread.
Mobile attendance can prevent you from driving an unsafe vehicle to a garage.
Call with your home postcode, registration and complete tyre size.
Tell us whether the tyre is flat and whether any damage is visible.
Repair where safe. Replace where necessary.
The fitter assesses the puncture position, penetration size, remaining tread and internal tyre condition before recommending the correct solution.
Nail or screw
A small penetration in the central tread area may qualify for a professional permanent repair.
Rapid air loss
A fast-deflating tyre should not be driven. Stop safely and send the exact location for assistance.
Sidewall damage
A puncture, cut or bulge in the sidewall normally makes replacement the only safe option.
Unknown damage
If the cause is unclear, the wheel and tyre can be inspected on-site before work is agreed.
Emergency Puncture Repair at Your Workplace
If you discover a puncture at work, a mobile fitter may be able to inspect the tyre before you need to travel home.
The vehicle must be accessible with enough room for the technician to work.
Permission may be required from your employer, site security or the car-park operator.
Call with the workplace postcode, registration and tyre size so we can check coverage.
24-Hour Emergency Puncture Repair
Emergency puncture requests can be made 24 hours a day, including during evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
We check availability and provide an estimated attendance time before dispatching the fitter.
A 24-hour service means requests can be made at any time; it does not mean that every tyre size or technician is continuously available in every location.
Prepared for repair and replacement.
Punctures are not always visible from the outside, and a flat tyre may have suffered additional internal damage. We use the information and photographs you send to prepare for the likely outcome.
Repair when it meets safety standards
A suitable tread-area puncture can be repaired professionally after the inside of the tyre has been checked.
Replacement if the tyre is unsafe
If repair is not permitted, we explain the reason and confirm a compatible replacement tyre and price.
From punctured to back on the road.

What is emergency puncture repair?+
Emergency puncture repair is a mobile call-out service for a tyre that has unexpectedly lost pressure and left your vehicle unsafe or unable to continue its journey.
Can you repair my punctured tyre at my location?+
Yes, when the puncture position, size and overall tyre condition meet accepted repair requirements.
Can you guarantee that my tyre will be repaired?+
No. The tyre must be removed and inspected internally before repair can be confirmed.
Can a nail or screw puncture be repaired?+
Possibly. A small puncture within the permitted central tread area may be repairable if the tyre remains structurally sound.
Should I remove the nail or screw?+
No. Leave it in place because removing it may cause the tyre to lose pressure more quickly.
Can a sidewall puncture be repaired?+
No. Sidewall punctures, cuts, splits and bulges cannot normally be repaired safely.
Can a shoulder puncture be repaired?+
Damage affecting the shoulder is generally outside the permitted repair area and normally requires replacement.
Can you repair a completely flat tyre?+
Possibly, provided it has not suffered internal damage. Driving while flat makes replacement much more likely.
What happens if repair is impossible?+
We explain why the tyre cannot be repaired and check an appropriate replacement option.
Do I need a spare wheel?+
No. A replacement tyre can be brought and fitted to your existing wheel.
Can you attend my home?+
Yes, provided the vehicle is parked on firm, reasonably level ground with sufficient working space.
Can you attend my workplace?+
Yes, subject to safe access and any permission required from the site operator.
Can you attend a roadside puncture?+
Yes, if the vehicle is parked in a safe and legally accessible position away from moving traffic.
Can you repair a puncture on a motorway?+
Not in a live lane or dangerous roadside position. The vehicle must first be moved to a safe location.
Is emergency puncture repair available 24 hours?+
Requests can be made 24 hours a day. Actual attendance depends on local fitter availability.
How quickly can a fitter arrive?+
Arrival depends on your location, traffic, weather and current technician workload. We provide an estimate before dispatch.
What details do you need?+
Have your exact location, contact number, registration, complete tyre size and details of the puncture ready.
Why do you need my tyre size if I only want a repair?+
If inspection shows the tyre cannot be repaired, having the size allows us to check replacement availability without unnecessary delay.
Is the price confirmed before attendance?+
Yes. The expected service, call-out quote and estimated arrival time are confirmed before dispatch. Any change required after inspection is explained before further work proceeds.
